  • Ashley got her real estate license in 2017 and started with the former #1 team in California the Kevin Blain Team with Keller Williams. In 2019 Ashley came to work with Ete Rothenberg at Country Properties in Three Rivers as country homes became more of her expertise. Country Properties has been in business for over 3 decades and is now owned by Ashley.

Fabiola Espindola- Realtor

  • Fabiola Espindola (Fabby) is a fairly new realtor but with plenty of real estate investing experience. Fabby started investing in 2018. She has strategically flipped, BRRR, and wholesale properties. She specializes in Short-Term/Mid-Term rentals. She is excited to be a part of Country Properties and help guide individual’s buy, sell or invest in real estate.
